Shipping and Orders, Returns, and Exchanges

How fast are orders processed?

We have partnered up with some the best manufacturing partners in the industry. We label all products with a domestic or international tag in the description for where the product is coming from so you can gauge how to place your orders and have an idea of when the products will arrive.

From domestic product partners we typically ship within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. Typical delivery date from the time of purchase to your door can range from 7 to 10 business days.

From international product partners we typically ship within 14 to 30 days.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. Additionally, we accept PayPal online. 

Where can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number via email after your order has been processed. We use a tracking for all of our orders to help customers have the best experience.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to Canada, Brazil, Great Britain, Ireland,  Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, France, Germany, Australia and the United States.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

US Domestic orders may be returned witin 14 days from the date the products arrive at your home — any time, for any reason. International orders may only be returned within 10 days from the date of the delivery if the product does not match the description or is damaged.

Online customer returns will be refunded to your card upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. If clothing has been worn, we cannot accept it back. Food and other perishable goods cannot be returned and are deemed as final sale for health and safety reasons.
